Howard George, the CEO of Receivables Performance Management LLC has worked in the
collection industry since 1983. He began his career as a collector for Continental
Credit Services and by 1986, with fierce determination, was able to rise into Management.
In 1989, he became the Vice President of Operations for Continental Alliance Inc.,
overseeing 80 employees in 11 offices in the Western United States. In 1999 he
became Vice President of the Western Region Telecom & Utilities Division for OSI
Collection Services Inc. His responsibilities included annual revenues of $16 million,
$71 million in collections and total portfolio assignments of over $400 million.
In August of 2002, he became Founder and CEO of Receivables Performance Management,
LLC (RPM), and established RPM's Executive Management Team with excess of 175 years of combined experience.
Their visionary leadership, combined with state-of-the-art technology, and operational
and analytical expertise creates the kind of strong intellectual capital that can be
leveraged into exceptional performance for our customers.
