Howard George, the CEO of Receivables Performance Management LLC has worked in the
collection industry since 1983. He began his career as a collector for Continental
Credit Services and by 1986, with fierce determination, was able to rise into Management.
In 1989, he became the Vice President of Operations for Continental Alliance Inc.,
overseeing 250 employees in 11 offices in the Western United States. In 1999 he
became Vice President of the Western Region Telecom & Utilities Division for OSI
Collection Services Inc. His responsibilities included annual revenues of $16 million,
$71 million in collections and total portfolio assignments of over $400 million.
In March of 2002, he became Founder and CEO of Receivables Performance Management,
LLC (RPM). Currently, he is responsible for overseeing all business functions with
respect to the $5 billion in current active debt portfolios at RPM. In the 10 years
since RPM's inception, we have grown to over 250 employees and $57 million in gross
collections in 2011, with revenues of $15 million. For 2012, RPM is projecting $61
million dollars in collections and $16 million in revenue.
RPM was founded in August of 2002. However, RPM's Management Team has much more
experience in the management of account receivables. The total experience of RPM's
Executive Management Team is in excess of 175 years.
